0 stars. We've been with Brewer nearly 3 years. For all 3 years we've had major communication problems; specifically at renewal with Casey. He rarely is reachable. We've emailed him 3 times in the past month or so and have never received a response. Our insurance expires on the 15th of November and we haven't heard anything from him. Last year was the exact same scenario. We eventually called and was told he had tried to get in touch with us by phone and email, but couldn't reach us. That was a total lie. We NEVER received any communication from him. 2 years ago we needed a bond to finalize a UIIA account- AGAIN- We couldn't get a response from Casey in time to secure the contract; we lost it. We've spent alot of money with this group and in response we can't even get proper communication

Do not work with this agency! You will regret it. They will absolutely ignore you they do not respond to any of your emails or calls. I’ve tried reaching out to the office manager and COO to share this feedback. But they are always in meetings. They don’t have time to talk to clients. More importantly, they put me at risk. I’ve asked for updates to my policy and I assume that they made the changes only to find out they never changed it. Save yourself the trouble. Look for another agency.

I have my trucking insurance through brewer. Everyone there has been over the top helpful but moriah is my usual person i work with and she is fantastic. I couldnt ask for better people to work with 10/10 ✅

Have several policies with the Brewer group, I have been very pleased with their service. My specialist Steve D is trustworthy and dependable, always gives good advice and never over sells, treats me and my family like family and I like that! Great people, great company! I trust them with all if my insurance needs!
