Allstate Insurance: Brandon Reece

Melissa has been the ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL-EST ever!! She has been so patient and professional while helping me with my claim for a car that was determined to be a total loss. I have called her several times during this aggravating process and she has done all she can to help me get the correct documents to the GAP insurance company. She has a sense of humor that put me at ease while dealing with all of 'these documents' needed to complete my claim. She's completely competent and has been a very reliable asset and assistant to me during my anxiety about this situation.

I was hit by another driver today and called my Allstate to let them know. The young lady I spoke with, was named Emily and she was so kind and under standing. She explained everything in detail and had to put me on hold while she got the persons insurance company who hit my new car on the phone to talk to me. She sent me an email with my new policy number since I had just bought this car. She also said if I had any question to get back in touch her and she would be happy to help. It is so nice to fine Emily who was so patient and pleasant with me. Thank you Allstate for hiring such a fine young lady.

Allstate has been my insurance provider for all my personal vehicles and my home insurance. Brandon Reece the owner. His staff has AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I too being a business owner I love for my employees to treat my clients well. Many of the staff helps me monthly for handle things for years ! I appreciate them all . I have favorites like Kaylean, Courtney, all the others I didn't mention they give you great service. Ms. Courtney helped me in a important matter recently that need her expertise. Brandon, I have known you for almost 20 years and watched you and your business grow, and have such technology under your belt that the minute I call (after I get away from the AI-bot) I get someone like Melissa who knows who I am and has all my info in front of her within seconds.
