I’ve worked with several agents at your agency. Originally, I worked with Jessica, who was amazing, very responsive and great to work with. Later, I tried to handle some commercial policies through Matt Roberts’ team and was given Jenny and Tiffany’s contact information. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to reach them by email and phone, I never received a response. Jenny finally responded but then ignores my follow up requests. This was disappointing and surprising, especially since my experience with Jessica and the Matt Roberts agency overall had been so positive.

The members of the Matt Roberts Agency were friendly and welcoming, and helped me navigate the world of insurance as a new home owner. I would highly recommend the group.

Ended up with paying 20% more for home, auto and business policies with considerably less support…as has my extended family.
