I have been with Tim Cruz for years. I have never had to call him for something like this. I was hit by a very strong storm a couple months ago. It happened in the middle of the night so I filed a claim immediately. Tim called me bright and early the next morning and came right out. This storm took out my town for a couple days and I know he had other clients to help. He took pictures and said he would keep in touch. A while later Tim returned. I figured he forgot something…Tim had stopped and picked up lunch for me! He called me every day and kept on top of my claim so it was processed quickly.
