Brad and team have made all our insurance needs seem less and easy. From multiple auto, new home, and boat... Made it easy when lenders "never got the info" from them the first time, ( I was cc on the original emails, lender got it and never entered into their system). Revived pretty poor customer service when i got into a car accident And moved up to Wisconsin my insurance rate went up and when I told him i wasn’t sure if I should continue to be insured through State Farm because I couldn’t afford it he threatened and refused to bring up my files because I wasn’t sure. I was a young adult, 19 at the time moving out into the world and the first thing I received was a threat from my insurance? (To clarify I had never had any problems with any of my other agents prior) then just recently I suspended my insurance because I can’t afford it atm and I’m still getting charged. Overall I’m incredibly disappointed in this service and if I could have any other agent I’d happy accept a new one.
