I've been using Bob Schuchardt Insurance Inc. since I moved back to northern Wisconsin and it's been such a pleasure to do business with them. Whenever I need to add or remove coverage on my fleet of Ford luxury sedans or when I need coverage on recently purchased vehicles, I email Kim and she takes care of it right away and that's why I like this agency so much. This has become the easiest part of automobile ownership thanks to Kim and when she's not there Sean is just as friendly and very prompt as well. Thanks for helping me insure my Ford sedans and Ford trucks so easily and efficiently!

I've been a customer of Bob Schuchardt Insurance Agency for the last 14 years. I've used them for my auto, renters, and home coverage. I've never been late paying a premium and in the past I have a made multiple referrals to family members and friends, raving about customer service I have received, and the affordable rates they've found for me. Unfortunately I can no longer say these things. I had a recent change in address, and was emailed by BSI asking for more information. Admittedly I missed the last email in the thread from BSI with follow-up questions about the situation. What is incredibly disappointing is that BSI failed to mention to me that I would be subjected a DRASTIC rate increase at my next renewal. My rate went from $925 to $2,262 simply due to the temporary address. Mayb

Very high rates and if you file a claim you will have to jump through many hurdles to talk with an agent. I am only giving them a second star because the agent Wally Pike was very helpful when I finally did get connected.

I have a pen with them 18 years, always are good to answer my questions and help me with any coverage it all areas.

Great timely service and competitive rates.
