Massive price increase for moving to Milwaukee, I do not recommend. Half a star service at best. Terminated service with them and they back billed me which I didn't even think was legal. I had been a faithful customer to Mike Immel at Rural Mutual Insurance for years, always paid on time, utilized their services for a small claim once in the 11+ years I had their coverage. I then moved to Milwaukee and my coverage over tripled! They claimed that the substantial increase was all due to the higher risk of living in a city and we cordially parted ways. A month after terminating their service and switching insurers (saving me thousands), I was back billed a large amount for a term 5 months prior that I had paid for in full.
