We bought a car over the weekend and needed the binder right away. I called the company but they were closed as most are on the weekends. The voice message had two phone numbers to reach out to if it was after hours. I quickly text both numbers and both responded to me immediately. Within minutes I had what I needed to purchase the car. Neither of them were obligated to respond on their day off with the business closed but they did. Now that's an amazing insurance company. So appreciative for them doing that!
