Ive had state farm for a few years. I've always had good customer service i may not understand some of their policies that are out of there control. But the past couple weeks I've been talking to a women named Catalina and she realy went above and beyond to get any information to help me the best she could she was absolutely wonderful. She gave me hope in customer service again that people are actually nice and care about people. Very thankful for that. I give her 10 starts.
