Dave Andes: Allstate Insurance

Not the best impression for someone to shop around. I called the main line and speak with Dave he tells me he can’t assist me because his sales rep are on lunch which is understandable. I then receive a call from Ashley and I point out that I do not appreciate her asking me for my personal information while she has me on speaker and there could be other people around and I don’t want my information out there. To make matters worst she tells me she’s at home and has me on speaker. Yeah, thank you! I’m all set! Where’s the credibility?

Dave & his team have been the most helpful insurance agency to me for at least 7 years! The rates are always the lowest & their customer service is top notch! Yanira was so fast & efficient in helping me today I had to give them a shout out.

I have had a positive experience with Allstate. All of my questions are answered in a timely manner and I love that I am not continuously called & harassed about buying other policies. A check-in once in a while is fine and that's exactly what is done. No pressure. I like that.

Agent is rude and doesn't want to do the job I hired him for. Agent doesn't want to fight on behalf of customer with insurance company because agent doesn't want to do his job. Will not even contact insurance company for guidance on how trees should be trimmed back. So potential customers use any other agent other than this guy.
