Dom Socci: Allstate Insurance

We have two vehicles registered with this company and apartment insurance we love it. Customer service is nice and friendly and very helpful to me and my husband both we love Peter.

The only thing that bothers us, is the fact that our auto insurance keeps increasing. We are both 65 yrs old, we don’t work, we retired early due to medical issues and we only travel to doctors appointments, grocery store and home. We both travel less than or about 6 miles per week. There is one person that I speak with when there’s an issue or regarding our increases in auto insurance. That person is always nice to speak with. We should not have to pay a surcharge every month.

They took great care of me, switching from progressive to all state was a good choice to make if you wanna save a bit more money.

Mu husband and I have had nothing but good experiences with Allstate. We've had a couple of incidents which were taken care of in a timely and efficient manner, without any hassles. We've been with Allstate for over 20 years and have no plans to switch to another insurance company.

I use the Trahan agency in Plainfield Connecticut and all the staff there very accommodating and friendly people. Allstate also gives me the best price and easy to deal with. I have had to make a few changes to coverage over the years and had no issues. I would recommend Allstate to my friends and family.
