My audit has been very stressful, like others have stated. After receiving a letter in the mail that they tried to contact me, I left a voicemail and did not hear back. Then received the same letter certified and left another message. Finally got a call back and had to leave multiple more messages and sent emails to get a response. It would be days between emails. The auditor then proceeded to close the audit and my insurance was going to drop me. I made multiple attempts to complete this and your company’a response was inadequate. I then receive an email from the auditor informing me it was closed and I informed them I moved forward directly with the insurance company and told them it’s disappointing you don’t respond in a timely manner. Audit experience is ridiculous, they send letters stating they have been attempting to contract although they never actually attempt. They do not respond to emails for clarification on what is needed, we have been with our insurance for 6 months have been audited twice- we are currently dealing with the last audit and have not been able to complete it because lack of response by RLD.

25 year in the insurance business and I have never had such poor service on an audit. We have been trying to get an audit completed for over 6 months and the auditor keeps asking for documents that as of right now have been sent to him over 4X. I would NEVER recommend this firm for anything. The incompetence is alarming and negligent.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with RLD Associates. Their communication practices are utterly unacceptable. This negligent approach has not only caused significant frustration but also a loss of trust in their services. As a result of this poor communication, I have decided to take further action and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report these issues. I hope this will prompt RLD Associates to reassess and improve their communication practices for the benefit of future clients.

In my 13+ years of being an insurance agent I have never encountered such an incompetent audit service! Every year my clients submit their audit documents in a timely manner... Yet every time RLD Associates reports "non-compliant" to the insurance company. This causes a delay in refunds to our clients & extra work on our agency by having to reach out & resend information over and over again. Ridiculous.
