Thankful for a local insurance company who is willing to sit down with me and answer all of my questions about different policies. Not only are they helpful and patient, but they are responsive to claims and to my needs for additional policies. They also offer a discount for having multiple policies with them. Highly recommend!

Had a wind storm damage my house pretty badly. Not only did they not respond or reply to my emails or phone calls for over 4 weeks, When they did there was zero empathy and nothing but excuses why they wouldn't pay a cent. They pass you off to another agency, their affiliate, (which isn't local) and tell you to contact them. Big surprise, they don't return your emails or phone calls either. Save your $20 a month and avoid these jerks. Total waste of money to get insurance from them.
