First impression of a business is at the front line. Felt like we didn't belong there and was an irritant to the quiet when we walked in. Was told we needed an appointment when the app clearly stated "walk in". When explained there was lack of an option for said appointment we were being treated like we were lying. When people are paid to represent a company they really should be more kind. For the record, these young autistic kids are now trying to function in society as adults, and you completely just gave a front line view of what to expect towards the future. Choose a more kind approach to people visiting your establishment and it will go a long way.

Beware. Was with AAA of Schuylkill county for my car insurance needs for 23 years moved to Lebanon switched to AAA central Penn and 9 months later I needed them out of my life. SCOTT TUCKER IS THE WORST WHEN YOU NEED HELP SO PROGRESSIVE STOPS RAISING YOUR RATES. QUICK TO SELL YOU A POLICY AND THATS ALL HES GOOD FOR BECAUSE YOUR ON YOUR OWN AFTER THAT.

They're always helpful but they're requiring you to schedule an appointment or call ahead before coming in the store front. I guess they could get very busy otherwise but part of what we pay for with a membership is to be able to walk in at our convenience instead of calling and waiting on hold or fighting through menus to get to the right person.

The lady at AAA was very helpful when I was purchasing a AAA account for my sister that resides in a different County than what I live. I thank her for being very efficient and courteous while helping me with this. I always enjoy going to the AAA in Lebanon PA because they're always very patient and very kind.
