I had a house fire in May 2025. I still to this day have no numbers on content replacement. Mike K does not always respond when my team reaches out to him. I am struggling majorly financially since the fire. I have exhausted all my finances trying to replace what I can but still need more. With Christmas I am trying to replace important things lost and some are time sensitive And needed 6 weeks to order and shipping time. I explained this multiple times and I am still fighting to get another advance to help. Mike did not respond to several emails for over a week and then today responded and asked why it's needed when we already explained why several times. I usually work with Tracy, I have known her for years but when I just called to add my Jeep Wrangler, I spoke with Derrick and he was absolutely phenomenal! Made the whole process smooth and simple. He even shaved $200 off the policy! I recommend both Tracy and Derrick! Thank you so much!

Customer service is second to none. Many agents from other companies will push their products on you like a used car salesman. Gingrich Insurance, particularly the agent Tracy Crosson, has helped me out of several situations and makes me feel like a valued customer. Erie's products are also some of the best in PA.
