Tim McShane: Allstate Insurance

We had have an issue with 2 policies in the same family. One covered under a policy driving a car listed on another. Axel Ruiz is amazing and helped get everything started with the claim. So much stress off.

When is first started with the Mcshane office it was efficient and helpful, I would have given 5 stars. However, we had an electrical fire, we had to leave our house and go to a hotel during Xmas. We were told we would reimburse the money, they paid 4 days of it. We tried several times to give them what they needed and again the ball was dropped. It was a big hit since I was off work with an injury and kept telling us the receipts were not enough. Beware people Alstate can not be trusted!!!!

Tim McShane was great will following up with accord forms. Company we were previously with had outsourced their accounting and somehow were still billing us. Once I was aware of their non canceling of our insurance…I had Tim McShane resend accord forms so as to document things. He was kind and patient while redoing work he had already done previously… 🤟

We recently decided to bundle our insurance. After reviewing several proposals we came away extremely satisfied with the value and service provided by Tim McShane at Allstate. He was very helpful and responsive during our entire process. I would highly recommend giving Tim McShane and Allstate a chance to handle your insurance needs!
