We have been with allstate for over 30 years. Customer servive is exceptional no matter if on the phone or online. Our experience has been outstanding. That's why we have always been with Allstate. They have been there for us.

When attempting to confirm information on the 4 policies we held with this office on 170ct25, the office representative mis-spoke, put me on hold then tried to gaslight me and infer I had a problem. Well I didn't have one until this nonsense. I tried to reset, but this person continued to try and provoke a verbal confrontation. I immediately started the process to switch all policies to another insurance carrier. My email to the agent went unanswered.

Overall, it was not a positive experience. When a problem came up, I didn’t feel supported and had to handle it by myself. That lack of assistance made the situation more stressful than it needed to be.

Be extremely careful when dealing with these people. Make sure you review all of your documents and policies before you sign them because the sales representatives will promise a Ferrari and give you a beater, and then change it in the policy when they send it. When you call to ask about a mistake or why you are being billed for something that should be covered, you get told it is because it is what you signed, not what is signed, that matters. I’ve been paying for roadside assistance this entire year, and I have used it already, and now it is saying that I don’t have it at all. See photo of attached.

It was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived , I received a very warm welcome from the staff. They greeted me immediately with smiles! You can tell the agent/owner Raj really cares about his business, employees, and customers. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasantly personable, and very informative of options that would work for me. I am looking forward to working with this office soon! Highly recommend-this as an agency you can trust.
