They are not a reputable company. You deserve the right to make an educated decision on who you do business with, especially an auto insurance company. I had them for the past 6 months. If you have to call for something you can expect long hold times. The worst part about them is that when my policy was coming up for renewal I wasn't notified at all nor did I know what it would cost. I had to log into my account and dig for the information on my own. In my opinion I believe many insurance companies do this hoping that you forget which most people will and then your policy cancels. The benefit to them doing this is that when you lack insurance for a specific period of time and go to start a policy again your rates are much higher.
