Lloyd Franks: Allstate Insurance

Home owner insurance is a joke , my mom has been paying for years now her home has damage a hole in her roof !!! due to the weather knocking bricks down !!! and Allstate denied her claim !! Winter is coming and the roof is going to collapse!! Her insurance covers structural repairs and major damages !! Allstate is a joke I’m canceling her plan with them looking elsewhere! They always do things like this because they don’t want to pay. It’s a scam .

Under no circumstances should you negotiate a policy with Allstate insurance Rep. Lloyd Franks Because he engages in deceptive practices. In January, 2022, we negotiated a policy for a house, and I paid the funds for that specific policy. Today, I received a letter increasing the amount by 600.00. When I called to questioned the increase, he indicated it was increased because, I did not add my automobile insurance with the policy. At no time, did I tell him, or did he remotely suggest, that the policy's price was predicated on my getting auto insurance with them. As a senior citizen, perhaps he thought I would not complain, but stupidity does not come with age. This comes under elder abuse. Arrogant, unprofessional and condescending. Charged me for things I did not ask for, increased my renter’s insurance by more than 100% without notice, and tried to bill me for a car that I no longer had. Jeff is the RUDEST non- professional I have ever dealt with. Constantly interrupted me while I was asking questions then tried to blame it on me. I was able to get new insurance at 50% less than what they charged me. Be warned!

Terrible terrible terrible!! My experience with this branch and insurance was not a good one! I would never recommend to anyone. It has been several issues since I had the insurance to even list here. The last straw was when I was treated rudely and had to call multiple times for help with a billing issue. I was told different things from different people. I was told I didn’t owe anything which I did and it was reported on my credit, then I was told I was charged because I terminated my policy, then I was told because I didn’t pay my premium for the month I terminated. Once I reached my agents office and notified them of the issue they got all worked up when I asked what exactly the charges are for. It was the Friday before the holiday and the agent told me they would get back to me with

I would not trust this agency. I was promise over $100 in savings on my auto policy. When I tried paying, Lloyd ghosted me, texts and calls, when I finally got him to answer, that rate he gave me wasn’t the same. He did take the time to then add my auto policy to his agency even though I didn’t ask for that so it’s seems like that imaginary quote was only to get my account under his office.
