My experience with Insurance Adjustment Bureau (IAB) was exceptional. Their efficient, professional approach in addressing the claim remained consistent from day one til the end of the case. The guidance from Ira and Michael, and the general flow of information at every level really took the stress out of the situation. With their assistance, I was back in business within 6 weeks!

Do not hire this company. It’s family owned and they got their hands in every pot to take advantage of their clients to rip them off. They have their own adjustment company, board up company, restoration company and cash and carry lumber company. Ask for proof of building materials, paint, supplies and labor, they will try to disregard your request or eventually provide a cop out excuse, but you won’t get any of that requested information. They sub contract their work out to other inexperienced contracting companies that have degrees in business management, not experience in construction. On 11/17/2016, I was returning home to New Jersey from work in Philadelphia. As I turned onto my street, the area was crowded with fire companies. I made my way to my home and it was totally ravaged by fire. Everyone was safe , family and fire fighters, but I lost my beloved dog, Jeter, and every material thing we owned after nearly forty years of marriage. We had only the clothes on our backs! One firefighter said , " Do you realize that you don't have a toothbrush at this point ?" That night a number of adjusters and unscrupulous people seemed to appear out of nowhere. IAB did an excellent job in handling our claim. Adjusters got back to us when we had questions and provided expertise in every aspect of the claim. They handled communications and resolved the claim in a timely matter. We greatly appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail shown by IAB.

This dysfunctional family business needs counseling. Whether they are screaming at each other, or at their customers, rest assured they are not getting the job done. Inferior service at a premium.
