Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

I would encourage anyone to use this insurance company. I don’t have option. 0 rate. I would have given them 0. I was denied reinstatement and they penalised me even after I paid the required fees. Not even willing to listen to my concerns . Just profit making.

A six month policy was created/paid for up front and then prematurely canceled though the customer called multiple times and sent in the required information and asked if there was anything more needed at the end of conversations. The underwriting department claims the customer didn't call the correct department, so the six month insurance was prematurely canceled.

Progressive will agree an insurance price upfront and retroactive charge you, because you don't exclude drivers from the house with a signed form. I got a $2432 charge after already paying $2048 in full dollar 6 months of basic liability. They will not retroactively uncharge you after producing the froms. Just another way "insurance" takes advantage of steals American citizens. I bought the for $5000

I've been with Progressive for over 6 years. Accident free and they've increased my payment every 6 months. I wouldn't recommend Progressive to anyone

Please don't use this company.they lie and don't give you correct information.i cancelled my policy 3 months ago.they are still charging me even though they admit it was cancelled months ago.they are now threatening me to pay money I don't owe or have my license suspended.company is a rip
