I love, love, love all the people over at Broome Co-Operative insurance. As an insurance agent, I find them to be some of the nicest people to deal with in our industry. I also like that when my customers have claims, they get such great claim service. No talking to people in some other state that has no idea about the area you live in. Some of my favorite people over there are Colleen, Kourtney, Rachel, and Michael, but everyone there is super nice and professional. Mr. Barnes was very calming and fair in what had to be the worst Real Estate experience in my 18 years of running properties. The professionalism and courtesy cannot be described in a review. My house was completely flooded from a boiler issue and he laid everything out perfectly and gave a fair compensation for the damage. To think I almost canceled my policy to save a few bucks would have been the real catastrophe. They are great. Get the insurance.
