AAA Vestal

Been trying for 3 business days to get someone to answer the phone. No answer after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes each time. There's no option to leave a message to get a call back either. Website is a mess to navigate. Wanted to book a tour. Filling out the "contact me" form was a mess. The auto filled dates on the form don't match the dates for the trip I picked. Anyone ever going to call me back? Looking at other companies now.

Wonderful experience today at Vestal AAA. Friendly service plotting a Florida road trip, more information than I thought and great maps! Tons of travel brochures, booklets and travel gear also. I never knew such a resource was 1 mile from my home. 5 STARS

Great people, knowledgeable and great service. I have been a member since 1977 and this agency knows how to grow new employees and train them well. Some of the old staff are gone now but they trained the new agents well.

I love our local Vestal AAA. Always a wealth of knowledge and very friendly staff. I really appreciate their travel agency. Tammy is wonderful. Makes sure all the T's are crossed and I's dotted. She is great at finding airline deals and rental car discounts. Heard her on the phone once fixing a mistake a client made in a booking process. You definitely want this woman on your side. Takes her career very seriously.

Joined 3 weeks ago. I had a dead battery while car was in my garage. Was telling friend about it. She said call AAA. I called, main office extremely polite and friendly. They contacted local office who showed up within 10 minutes ON A SUNDAY with a nice greeting and friendly smile! Thanks, guys. Took a lot of potential stress from my day!
