Kris Yelverton - State Farm Insurance Agent

I received a call from April Mercado informing me that my payment didn’t process. I forgot to let them know when I got a new card. April took care of everything!! And I didn’t feel rushed. She's wonderful!

My initial contact was with Tristan and he was wonderful. He answered all my questions and got me the policy I needed. I have had subsequent contact with the office and Jason. All interactions have been positive - a tribute to the leadership at the agency. Kris Yelverton has a great team, has empowered his people and has reason to be proud. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Probably the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. They put a claim that I was in an accident and did not tell me until 2 years later when I went to get a quote from a different insurance company because my rates went up. When I called they denied ever doing it. Also my family and I had to call numerous times to get correct payment info for each separate cars because they kept putting different people names on different cars. And after all of that we went in to combine our home owners insurance with our auto they said that everything looked good and would be set up right away, the next day we get a letter in the mail saying that the insurance is completely dropping us. Kyle was a huge help explaining all of my coverage! He seems to know his stuff and kept me in good standing for potential future needs. Always have had good luck with this office and State Farm. I now live out of the area but still connect remotely!

Kristin was extremely helpful and prompt when I needed to switch some things over. She was amazing, and I really appreciated the follow up email almost immediately post conversation!
