I seriously wish I could rate Pearl Insurance more than 5 stars. Specifically the agent who took care of us, Hayley Bova. She’s amazing!!Friendly, efficient, PATIENT…I could go on. Not only did she save us money, she got us even better car & homeowner’s insurance in addition to insurance for my in- home daycare. Thank you, Hayley!
They are the worst. You can't get in touch with anyone. It takes at least 6 months for payments to stop when you close a policy. Additionally, it is such a pain not dealing directly with the insurance company. I cancelled everything and am going with NY Life.
They take they payment out your check without delay, but when it time for them to send your check its delays.
Shorted my disability check. Can't get a hold of anyone. Worse elevator music while on hold. Wait forever, no one answers to correct issues. No response to emails.
They take there payments bi-weekly then when it's time to payout it's always an issue. I wish I could rate pearl & carroll a -0. Find other disability insurance if you want your money if you ever need it.
