My experience of purchasing home and auto insurance through Jennifer Neal at Partlow has been great. She is super responsive and was able to get me home and auto for reasonable price. I recommend her to any of you considering a quote.

I decided to research lower priced auto insurance than Geico offered. I was pleased with the responsiveness and timeliness from Jennifer and pleased with the quote. I changed both my vehicle policies to Partlow at a huge price difference. I am pleased.

I would not recommend for a few reasons: I had my health and dental benefits through this agency and always had a hard time getting them to respond to my questions/claims. Then 2 weeks after the date of my enrollment, I went to the dentist and the dental office could not find the plan I was in, to which I later found out that Partlow Insurance (Suze and her team) did not enroll me at the date they stated. It was fixed but only after I had to make 10 phone calls. THEN to finish off my experience with them, I have gotten numerous calls from my children's doctor office because Partlow apparently only submitted 2 of my 4 children into the plan.. which meant more phone calls to fix. What a total disorganized mess. I would go elsewhere.

I called in to get a quote and Bob took all of my information and never reached out to me about my quote he promised. I called in and immediately he stated that he had the digits in my SS# misconstrued. Next day, still he didn't give me a quote. This is unprofessionalism at it's finest. They collect valuable information, who knows what they do with it. You should be very careful when providing your valuable information, just because they work at an insurance company.

Arrianna was very helpful walking me through my questions regarding the insurance premiums and policies. She was also very quick to respond on all communications which is very important to me.
