Dont expect the rental vehicle needed on the day of vehicle repair. Which took almost four months to schedule! The claims adjuster changed his story. Now, I need to call for a rental on the day its needed. No vehicles are available! I have to take an additional day off of work and fixing work! That claims adjuster had every excuse. Then he insulted himself by saying he has been doing this for 27 years. Im shocked he is still employed. Im trusting my own insurance for reliability.
