Farmers Insurance - Ted Herzon

Ted's been my agent for about 10 years and I could not be happier. He always answers the phone which in this day and age of automation, call trees, faceless insurance companies, is a welcome surprise. At the end of the day customer service is really all you can offer and Ted/Farmers Insurance offers the best. Ted has helped my family get the insurance coverage we need for everything - house, cars, life insurance, and even the jetski. It is so convenient to have all of our coverage in one place. Ted is quick to respond to questions and emails, and will take the time needed to explain the details. He also makes sure you're properly covered so you're not paying for stuff you don't need. I am so glad to have Ted in my corner for all my insurance needs.
