Farmers Insurance - Matthew O Brien

This is awkward. Let me be up front: I don’t like Matt O’Brien. I don’t think he fulfills his duties to clients personally. Several years ago when he was my agent, before he’d hired staff, I registered a complaint with the state after my lender almost forced a secondary insurance policy because OBrien wasn’t doing what he was supposed to do. I had all of our policies transferred to another agent. Flash forward several years and Farmers put my new agent out to pasture and sent me back to (you guessed it) Matt O’Brien…. But now he’s backed by full staff. In the intervening time, it looks like O’Brien has figured out that his skills set skews more towards management and growing his business and has hired staff to handle the service aspect of the business. Mathew and his office have been providing exemplary service and support for decades to my family.
