Allstate Insurance: Pinnacle One Insurance Services

I have been a customer of Allstate for less than six months. My experience so far has been very positive and satisfactory. I have worked with Sabrina who fielded my first call after which I decided to switch from my current provider to Allstate. I also added an umbrella policy. A few months later, Sabrina helped me get a renter’s insurance for my daughter’s appt. It has been a pleasure working with the local office.

Allstate Insurance Company has been my car insurance company for 20 years. During that time I have had little need to use them (thankfully!) but each time, they have been helpful, efficient and never a disappointment. I highly recommend Robert Varich and his amazing Team!

They do not go to bat for you. Paid a claim for a car with rust spots where he said I hit him. Impossible. Raised my rates $60. Now Cruz car wash on 41st sprayed degreaser on my inside dials. Has to replace. Paid my deductible $250. Allstate is doing nothing but calling and sending letters. Go to the place of business. I'm canceling this month

Before experiencing a major house fire in 2015 I had always appreciated the team for giving me the information that I needed to make the best choices for car and home insurance. Robert and his crew always take great care of me and my family. I have had all my insurance needs taken care of bye Pinnacle One for the last decade. Fortunately we have never had any need for help until this last summer when I was in a at fault accident. Robert and all the people at Allstate were more than helpful in taking care of my mess.
