My account representative Colin Haentjens was polite, professional and pleasant. Previously I had an Insurance company that I couldn't talk to a representative unless I'd been in an accident and otherwise could only reach a human for Road Service. Colin definitely made me feel comfortable with switching companies after 7 years. I was able to check State Farms ratings with several reputable sources online and Colin did not "hard sell me" to switch companies. I received a "Welcome package" of useful items and a handwritten card from Colin. I truly appreciate the excellent coverage and premiums as well. I highly recommend people giving Colin a call.
