Worst of all insurance companies, 2-4 hr long wait times. Claim managers with 100+ people so you'll be lucky to see reimbursement anytime in the yr you're claiming in. What a hot pile of garbage America has become in regards to corporations. They make all the rules and make sure you're too tired and frustrated with them to ever use them.
