This company was Grange Insurance initially, and changed to Cross Insurance later. I set this plan up initially and things were great. Have been with them for many years. Recently I went through a long divorce, and Cross Insurance has been nothing but problems, specifically Sheryl Pratt. I have had several vehicles, a trailer, a business account, and a home owners policy from them. Sheryl canceled me off of the account when I moved out of my house due to the divorce. Now that things are finalized, I requested to cancel the car insurance for all the vehicles that I got in the settlement. She stated that I cannot cancel the policy since she canceled me, and that I need to wait for my ex to cancel the policy. Meanwhile, Cross Insurance is still processing my bank account for the payme

Bonnie at Cross Ins is everything an agent should be. Friendly, knowledgeable, really fun to talk with and she checks in on my needs from time to time which is a huge bonus for me. I forget to check in on things, I'm so grateful that she doesn't! Terrific service!
