I recently had a minor accident while with Progressive for less than a year. A hospital valet hit me in the parking lot. He was preparing to back into an adjacent spot and hit me on the opposite side of my car with his front left wheel - very hard - when I was about two feet out of my spot. He admitted in a panic twice that he was “looking at my backup camera”. He nearly hit the car beyond mine he had been going so fast. I had a 3” V shape in my right rear bumper corner. The car he was driving was creamed from the front wheel to the rear quarter panel! Progressive blamed me even though two repair facilities said it was caused by the other drive going so fast and turning his front wheel into my car.
