BEWARE!!!!! I would leave NEGATIVE STARS for robbing my deceased mother. Nationwide, Jeff Johnson and Emily Taylor are FRAUDS! They will NOT HELP YOU! They take money write fraudulent policies…say it’s all good then take the money and say the policy is cancelled. Jeff Johnson and Emily Taylor are FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS IN WILLIAMSBURG WITH JEFFJOHNSON NATIONWIDE OR EMILY TAYLOR

Horrible office. Slow to respond, if they do at all. Had a horrible experience dealing with them with flood insurance last year and ended up switching to another insurance company. Just got notified by my bank that they back doored me and switched my insurance back to them!!! I want everyone to be weary of this office due lack of concern for their customers and shady practices.
