Mitesh Patel: Allstate Insurance

On 8/4/2020 a tree fell on my house and caused damage. I began calling your office on 8/5 and left detailed message and followed up with even more information via email on 8/6 and 8/10. My attempts to contact your agency went unanswered and ignored. I have been an Allstate customer for more than forty years and am both appalled and insulted by this. I stopped trying to get in touch with you, ans sought answers from a different source, with more positive results. It seems that you regard your agency as a financial instrument, only, rather than a client facing service that also provides a income for your family. "Good Hands" does not enter into the picture at all. I am not in the habit of providing negative feedback for reviews. I seldom give poor ratings, letting folks make their own ass

I am so glad that I am with AllState. Apart from best coverage, my best experience was with one of the employees Aruna , that when I decided to cancel one of my 3 cars she advised me that instead of canceling we can suspend that car so that car is still cover in the parking lot. It helps a lot . I highly recommend to go for AllState.
