I have been using Key Settlements for all of my closing needs for the past 8 years, and I cannot recommend them enough. They are absolutely amazing at what they do. Every transaction is handled with the utmost organization and professionalism, making the entire process seem effortless. The team at Key Settlements has always been a pleasure to work with and they have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Buying my house was scary. But Cynthia and her team made it amazing. She was very helpful with answering my questions. ( I had a lot) She explained everything on my CD that I had questions on. Then She was there at my closing that was so pleasant and smooth. I am lucky for using them. You're cheating yourself for not using Key Settlements when buying a home!!!

Worked with CYNTHIA D. CHIA on a closing. It was one of most worst services I received. Her bad attitude and incompetency made the closing, which was supposed to be a simple process, very painful and unpleasant. They failed to send the invoice to lender 3 days prior to closing, which is the timeline they are supposed to follow. She claimed that her service fee was fair and regulated by the government. However, the fee was obviously higher than other similar companies. After quoting with other companies and more than one hour of negotiating and "pulling teeth" at the closing, we eventually were able to reduce their fee by $100. Again, closing is in general a routine task, highly recommend avoiding them.

Awful experience working with them and will overpriced everything.
