Christine Karpack - State Farm Insurance Agent

Christine has been my families insurance agent for over 40 years. Unfortunately Christine seems to not only be losing her touch but her nerve. We are closing on a refinance of our property and Christine has had a request from the mortgage broker for over 10 days for a simple replacement value letter of which she has been non communicative I response and has failed to deliver on the standard letter request, the bare minimum. To add insult to injury I got her on the phone this morning only for her to become flustered when I questioned the incompetence of the request she hung up on us. - extremely frazzled, unprofessional and borderline incompetent

My family had used this office for well over 30 years. Unfortunately, Christine displayed herself in such an unprofessional manner that I had to write this review as I would hate for anyone to experience what I did. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. All state has always been an amazing insurance company so I would recommend you use any other agent, than Christine.

Have been with Christine since I first got my license over 55 years ago. We have auto and homeowners, always pleased with service. Very responsive, honest, friendly and courteous.

I never write reviews but she was outstandingly unprofessional and rude. Use a different company.

Very accommodating and patient. Very helpful and knowledgeable.0
