Needed proof of policy termination. Customer service representative was very nice and was as helpful as she could possibly be. It's been a week and still haven't received the needed information. Representative stated she would e mail a copy of information to me and I have yet to receive it.
They stole $110 of my money. I cancelled in August but they are still withdrawing money from my bank account. They refused to do anything about it. Very unhappy!
The park is beautiful.
They go in your bank account without your permission.... Never will deal with them..
Knowledgeable reps that didn't give me the run-around
