Been with Mike Francisco for over 20 years. Moved to Roanoke in 1992 and he is the agent my mother in law used for many years. His staff is very knowledgeable and experienced. Never had any bad experiences with them. Would give them 100 gold stars!
I've been with State Farm on and off since I could drive. I find the rates for their auto insurance reasonable and comparable to other agencies. Christy has always been so responsive over the years and is a pleasure to work with.
Probably one of my favorite experiences with an insurance company had to be with them today. Christy was extremely helpful and very prompt with responses. They seem to really look out for their customers!
