Michael and Victoria are awesome. Even during claims and additions things are handled fast and with a lot of cheer. It's nice to have a nice local buffer to help deal with the bigger State Farm corp.

I can’t say enough how pleased I am with my agent here. Luke is so responsive to all of my requests. Policy changes are a breeze. Had hail damage to my car earlier this year and the claim process was way easier than I expected. If I could give them more than five stars I would!

I purchased my condo insurances since 2019 here. The communication was good and smooth at first a couple of years. Till this year 2025, I received the renewal email (which is always 20 days later than the expiration date) and I replied ‘I won’t continue the policy.’ No body replied and contacted me. Then in 2 months, I received another bill saying I have to pay an extra month coverage. Tried to communicate over the phone and they said they ASSUMED I still need the coverage since I didn’t sell the property yet and I have to pay it even though they admitted it’s the communication error. So, go ahead if you want them to make decisions for you. Otherwise, please avoid it if you don’t want to pay for their communication error.
