I am very appreciative of Scott and his hard work, empathy, and professionalism—we wouldn’t have closed without his efforts. After closing, Scott also demonstrated deep knowledge of the insurance package when we talked through the coverage. My agent retired when I was in the middle of buying a house. Traci Johnson was able to pick up the pieces and help resolve all the questions I had about homeowners insurance for the new property. I was on a tight timeline and she was able to get me set up really quickly, resolving a lot of stress. Traci did an incredible job and helped keep me as a State Farm customer when I was considering going elsewhere for my policy. Kudos!

I recently worked with Valerie to obtain new insurance. I had lots of questions and Valerie went above and beyond to break things down for me. She put together a spreadsheet that really helped me view the premiums. She was great to work with, and the transition from my old insurance was really easy. Since I can't add a review to the roadside assistance program, putting my review here since this is where I have my insurance through. The number to call on my insurance card, which says is for both claims and roadside assistance is absolutely useless for roadside assistance, with no option for it from the robot options. When I did manage to track down the right number and (finally) get a human on the line and after sorting out some details, I asked if I could be put on hold as I handled sorting out where to get my dead car out of the way with the gas station employee, I was given the PROGRESSIVE's call back number. This meant going through robothell again to get back to a human. If they really want me to take my business to Progressive, after this experience I am more than happy to.
