At the time I reached out to Action Insurance Agency regarding an inquiry to obtain a quote for Auto & Renters insurance.. During the process, I was contacted by Brad Flory whom ended up working with me on establishing a quote as well as answering any follow up questions I had. Even though I ended up choosing a different provider for coverage, Brad still provided stellar service to me. His level of customer service, patience, and resourcefulness deserves not only a google review but my recommendation to anyone looking for insurance coverage!
