Marks-Tiller Insurance Agency

I have been with this Insurance Agent since Mark Tiller ran it (52 yrs total) and stayed with Erie and Carla Marks and staff when she acquired the agency. I check the competitiveness of their rates annually and if they were NOT competitively priced I would have left years ago. Their claims service is excellent and Carla, Heather, and Sarai are always quite knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this agency to anyone who wants to have excellent personalized service, always competitive pricing on all of their insurance products, and good claims service should you have a need to use your coverage.

I purchased a motorcycle in January and was required to prove insured before leaving dealership. Over the phone Erie set me up with coverage but when I received the paperwork and bill a month later I went by the local office. They are supremely friendly and accommodating. Because the coverage was higher than I had paid previously we were able to make some adjustments, save about 25% and still have very good coverage thanks to Sarai.

Carla has been providing insurance coverage for all my personal and business needs for 25 years. Carla and her Team always do an outstanding job with any request we may have.
