Have had this insurance for 12 plus years. This insurance company/Blueridge is hard to deal with, and has gotten to be a joke. Apparently this company doesn't deal with adding, removing vehicles, or quotes "locally" anymore. Brian Walls doesn't ever complete anything, and always sends me across the state to take care of simple things, like adding a vehicle, everything. This insurance has become a joke, because the employees are lazy!
