Kim is fantastic and so is her staff. I have never had an issue and they are always super helpful. My mother also goes through them and she has always been happy with their service. 100% recommend 👌

My brother was in the hospital after his accident, and I was helping him to submit his claim. Everyone at Kim's office was very kind and helpful! Rhonda was great, super friendly. When I showed up to the office, without an appointment, the girl at the desk, and I'm sorry I forgot her name, I think it was Katrina. So nice and helpful. She printed off the papers I needed, no problem! It was so nice to to deal with people on a personal level, and to be treated so nice. Thank you to both her and Rhonda for helping me, to help my brother!

We love Allstate. Made it easy with good and fair rates. Our home, vehicles and motorcycles all in one office. Kim is great. Thank you.

I am writing this review to warn others about a serious issue with Allstate’s policy system and internal communication. My parents, who are not tech-savvy, sold their home in Auburn, WA, in 2022 and purchased a new one in Houston, TX, continuing their insurance with Allstate. Due to no communication between the two Allstate offices meant the policy on the sold home was never canceled. For three years, Allstate has been collecting premiums on a property my parents do not own. Despite being a loyal customer with two separate policies, Allstate failed to guide them and did not have the systems in place to recognize that they were insuring the same customer for two different homes at the same time. The fact that the company did not catch this for over two years is completely unacceptable. The

Kim and her team noticed that my current coverage that i had left me venerable and if something did happen I could potentially lose my house if I was sued. They were able to get me into an umbrella policy for not too much more than I was already paying. Really nice to have an agent looking after your best interest.
