If there were more than five stars I would give Elena Houle that rating - she is that good. I experienced a very bad insurance agent prior to having the pleasure to work with Elena on health care coverage for my 96 year old mother. All it took was a couple hour meeting with Elena and she identified two Medicare supplemental plans that have worked out great. I had a few questions afterwards and Elena responded immediately. Finding Elena made the insurance process much, much easier.

Elena is fantastic. Very professional. She does everything for you. Once we got Social Security straightened out (their mistake) she called me at work to tell me to be looking out for my Medicare and insurance card (part C). Only headache was Social Security and she got me thru that. I would recommend her to everyone looking to sign up for Medicare. She is awesome.
