I recently moved back to Washington State and needed an auto policy and an umbrella policy. Someone recommended Alpine Ridge Insurance and to speak with Kim. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I like that this agency is a broker of insurance so I feel that Kim found me the best insurance and rates for my situation. She made this happen rather quickly because I was in the process of purchasing a car and I am extremely happy with Kim and the company. I would highly recommend Alpine Ridge insurance to anyone.

I recently obtained an automotive insurance policy through Alpine Ridge and Garrett helped me every step of the way. He acted with accountability and integrity and put me at ease with his kindness. In a world filled with indifference and cruelty, I felt a warmth from a good neighbor and the experience of solitary encourages me to be long-term customer. Alpine Ridge is wonderful and I think other folks will enjoy the experience, just as I did!

Poor communication, no follow through or follow up. The quotes were double what I received from everywhere else with no explanation why. When I questioned them, I received an email stating “get a quote from Geico”. I inquired to add my child as a DRIVER, not being tied to a vehicle. Yes this is absolutely possible. They refused to do it and acted like they didn’t know it was possible, but said they’d look into it and email or call me back. No follow up to that inquiry other than the above. Very unprofessional.
