The owner is actually very nice, but unfortunately the service is terrible. Don't hire a service here. They don't respond, they don't assist you, they don't make the changes you need. I have insurance and need to remove a car that no longer exists, and I'm seeing that I'm going to have an accident with a car that's not insured, and they won't put it on my insurance because they don't respond. They don't answer. I've called, I've sent messages, and no one answers me. I don't hire a service here. You'll regret it.

Extremely poor customer service after you've bought the policy. Agents and customer service do not follow through, do not call back, and do not complete what they say they will do. While the initial set-up was great, the back-end customer service is terrible.

I want to express how much I appreciate Bristol West as my insurance partner. With one car Mercedes liability insured in 2024, I searched around to insure a purchased truck with full coverage. I found that other carriers attempted to charge me much more as well as the down payment. But Bristol who insured not only my car added the truck with no additional payment out of my pocket and for almost the same monthly premium I am paying for the car. They rock!

Enrique was awesome to work with, he set me up with the best price super quick, I found out my insurance had dropped me without me knowing and knowing this he set me up with a plan same day. Awesome service, definitely would recommend. Hblan español también!

The sales lady who I talked to was very rude and at some point hanged up on me for having many questions regarding my card details. She did not pick my calls afterwards. It was a bad experience, I am therefore moving back to State farm next month.
