Just got our auto insurance cancelled because of several claims totalling less than $4000 over the last five years, only one as the result of a minor collision in wintry conditions. Most of the rest were towing charges. We have been loyal customers since the 1990s, and they cancel us for some towing charges when we pay extra for towing insurance?!! No one warned us that our policy was at risk when the claims were filed. When we called to complain they claimed they had no way of knowing that our policy was at risk. Isn't that their job? Beyond outraged.

The Kevin Lease agency is wonderful to work with. They are responsive and help you to work through the various issues that arise with obtaining insurance. I would highly recommend the Kevin Lease agency and State Farm.

State Farm continues to change policy number on auto and renters insurance. Then send canellation notice even after you have sent payment via your credit unions bill pay system for more than three time amount due. And no one from State Farm is capable to transfer the money from you old account # to the new account. No individual can actually be reached to resolve escalations. I’ve been a client for many years and now so disappointed researching other insurance companies.

Outstanding customer service. Changed insurance provider after 20 years and I am so glad I did, really great rates. Lisa went out of her way to help me with a new policy and best rate available. Highly recommend!
